Name, phone, email, and what you can tell us about the facility. Square footage and facility type help us estimate scope.

We call next business day
Someone from Hugo Commercial Cleaners calls to discuss the facility and schedule a walkthrough. We don't send a price before walking the space.

Facility walkthrough
We walk every room, note floor types and traffic patterns, and document anything that affects scope or pricing. Usually 20–40 minutes.

Written scope and quote
You receive a scope of work document and a line-item quote within two business days. The scope is the contract — no surprises.
